Denver, June 8 – The great American road trip is back and AAA summer travel bookings indicate Denver is one of the top ten travel destinations. Nearly 56 percent of Americans are planning a drive vacation this summer, prompted by low gas prices according to a recent AAA survey. The lowest summertime gas prices in 11 years are prompting Americans to drive in record numbers.
